We have reached the halfway point of the 2026 California State Fair this weekend. The volunteers working the booth have done an excellent job of engaging the public. The folks who stop by are very curious about amateur radio, Morse Code, and antennas. We also help bust any myths about what to expect from CB radios, GMRS radios, and the new products marketed as radios that use the LTM cellular and wifi networks. We are here for all of your questions.
You can still sign up to work the booth and operate K6C after hours. And you are always welcome to stop by the booth and say hi. We are in Building C.
